The Story Behind the Picture:
«Walking on a hike in the south of Anosizato, we saw those kids running. They tried to look at us without being seen. It was a playful moment between us looking at them and them, disappearing and reappearing while laughing.
For a lot of kids, it was their first time seeing white skin people since tourists usually don‘t go to those districts. Some of them wanted to touch us, as if we wouldn‘t be from the same world. This felt a little uncomfortable, not because of the physical touches, but because they shouldn‘t think we are that different.»
